Bombay High court confirms the death sentence of Pakistan terrorist Ajmal Kasab. Ajmal Kasab was caught by late Tukaram Ombale & his men at Girgaum Chowpatty in Mumbai. But, Kasab can still go to Supreme Court and prolong this case. Bombay High court judges Justice Ranjana Desai and Justice R V More has given this verdict around 11 AM. Ajmal Kasab and 9 other terrorists participated in the Mumbai Terrorist attacks on November 26, 2008. But, Kasab was the only terrorist caught alive and Special court gave death sentence on May 6, 2010. Bombay HC division bench has confirmed that Kasab killed Hemant Karkare, Vijay Salaskar & Ashok Kamte. But, Bombay HC acquitted the Indians - Faheem Ansari and Sabauddin Ahmed. Pakistan terrorist Ajmal Kasab gets death sentence. He was convicted of 86 charges on Monday and sentenced to death today. All the other 9 terrorists were killed by police and commandos during attacks. Kasav got death penalty for waging war against India and killing 72 people. He got death penalty on 4 charges and life sentence on 5 charges. 166 people were killed by 10 Pakistan trained Lashkar-e-Taiba terrosits on November 26 and 27, 2008 in Mumbai at CST, Hospitals and Hotels.
